My consulting experience
has provided me with the opportunity to work with many small businesses,
as well as to take on larger long-term contracts requiring management
responsibilities. My contract and employment arrangements have varied with each
different company, but have generally focused on the areas of Financial Accounting
and Controllership.

entity Total Management Solutions Inc. My business is currently located
